Terms of Service
Credit my art accordingly. If uploaded to a toyhou.se or anywhere else, link it back to my website.By purchasing my art: you agree that you are only purchasing a license to use my art, and I can revoke that license if you break my terms of service (meaning you cannot use my art). I do not sell my copyright.
General Rules
I have a right to refuse anyone of my service for any reason.
I have the right to publish my art on any platform.
Do not claim that you created my art, especially if the art is not signed like the smaller pieces.
Do not alter my art without permission. This includes cropping the signature, destroying the art quality by scaling incorrectly, and drawing over the art without my permission.
Do not profit from my art. You are welcome to include my art in your character's value when re-selling. If you purchased my art with virtual currency, you must use the USD pricing from where you ordered and not the USD conversion.
My prices are fixed, and no amount of begging will result in a discount.
Adoptables/Design Rules
Do not resell my designs for more than you paid + purchased art (free art does not count toward a character's value and never should)
Do not replicate designs for profit (eg. making children or siblings with the purpose of selling).
Always credit my designs with my toyhou.se or DeviantArt account: A_6 + Arcsinic.
Payment Rules
Full payment is required upfront if paying less than $100USD. Payment plans can be discussed.
USD is accepted through PayPal and CashApp. I'm more inexperienced using Paypal so be patient with me.
Refunds
For pixel art: You can request a refund before I begin the lineart.
For other art: You can request a refund at any time before I begin the lineart, but I will turn your sketch into a YCH that others can buy.
I do not offer partial refunds. Please do not ask as the answer will be no
I will not refund transfer fees (ex. Paypal fees)
Characters on my site belong to their respective owners, only use what's yours.I will fix errors as long as it was something that I overlooked in the original reference you sent me. If your reference was unclear, I will not change it without compensation. If you change your mind on something then you must pay for any changes.
